Project Overview
After the devastating fire at Z Takanini, DPSL was contracted to carry out the full refurbishment of the site. During the process, it was decided to completely re-roof the fuel station canopy as part of the works.
This project presented several challenges, particularly with the weather conditions, which made it difficult to complete the canopy replacement within the tight timeframe. Careful coordination and management of multiple trades were essential, as the retail refurbishment works were ongoing throughout the project. Meticulous programming was key to ensuring the project was delivered on time and to a high standard.
